SA delivery
Delivery is free on orders of R1800 or more. Orders under R1800 have a flat R250 delivery charge. We deliver to every province of South Africa.
Dispatch and timings
We aim to dispatch orders within two working days. Including that handling time, most orders arrive within 3 to 9 working days from the date you place the order, using a tracked courier.
A few lounges are shipped to us from overseas warehouses before they go out to you. Those product pages show a delivery time of 7 to 14 working days in the buy box, and the same window applies to them at checkout.
Tracking
You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it to your door. See Track Your Parcel for help.
